We just sent the 2nd edition of the Kayaker's Guide to Ecuador to press! 
This new edition includes 23 new river write-ups and a plethora of updated information on new roads, new river access, new hotels, restaurants, internet cafes, etc...
As we have discovered over the past 12 years of paddling in Ecuador, things change on a yearly, and even weekly, basis down there. As such, we created this blog as a venue for posting regular updates. We want paddlers to have the most recent information possible while paddling in Ecuador, so stay tuned for things to come.
We all guide in Ecuador for Small World Adventures, and so see the rivers daily. We paddle in Ecuador from the first week of November until the first week of March, so check in with us during these months for "live-action" river info.
